Course Progression

This is not a casual “watch a video and get a badge” course.

White Glove Certified™ is an accreditation standard. When you complete this programme, you are saying — and we are confirming — that you can safely handle, protect, move, and present high-value goods in a professional environment.

Because of that, the training is assessed, not just viewed.

1. Study the lesson content

Each module contains procedures, standards, and expectations used in live client environments.

You are expected to read and understand the material in full.

2. Complete knowledge checks

Lessons include short multiple-choice quizzes. These are designed to confirm that you understand the fundamentals: safe handling, protection methods, teamwork, and how you speak and behave in a client’s home.

3. Submit written responses

For certain lessons, you’ll be asked to answer a short written question in your own words. This isn’t about being “good at writing.” It’s about showing that you actually understand what you’re doing, why it matters, and how you would apply it in a real job.

4. Originality review

Your written answers are analysed using AI for originality.

Content that appears copy/pasted from training material, taken from someone else, or not written by you will be flagged before it goes to an assessor.

Reused or generated text will be rejected.

5. Assessor approval

A qualified trainer will review your submitted work and either:

  • approve it (you’ve demonstrated competency for that stage), or
  • send it back for improvement.

Until an assessor approves you, that module is not considered passed.

Why we do it this way

White-glove delivery is the final link in a premium service chain. You are often the only person the customer will ever meet in person. If something is scratched, dropped, dragged, or badly presented on-site, the value of the product and the reputation of the brand, your business, and that of the customer you're working for are at risk.

Our goal is to make you more than just competent. We want to make you exceptional.

This programme is designed to turn you into a premium handler of fragile goods — the kind of professional clients remember and request by name. By the end of this training, you won’t just be able to move an item safely; you’ll understand what separates average service from elite, white-glove delivery. You’ll stand among the best in the business.

Your responsibilities as a student

  • Do not copy and paste answers from the course material.
  • Do not submit answers written by someone else.
  • Do not submit generic filler that could apply to anything.
  • Take the time to answer honestly and specifically.

Final Point

If you’re serious about operating at a professional white-glove standard, this process is built to protect you. When you say “I am White Glove Certified,” you’ll be able to back it up.

If you’re just looking for something easy to tick a box, this is not that course.
